Team Leyten/Stebru has been announced as the winner of the tender of the 70,000sqm mixed use development Zomerhofkwartier (ZOHO) in Rotterdam. The new ZOHO builds on the so-called ZOHO principles: experimental, engaged, mixed, sustainable and connected. With retention of the current energy, the starting points for the new ZOHO have been determined by the housing association Havensteder, the municipality of Rotterdam and the ZOHO residents, an active and committed collective of entrepreneurs in the area.
